All event sponsors will receive one 8' exhibit table, registration for one representative (includes meals and parking), recognition from the podium, logo placement in our digital and printed program, logo and hyperlink on conference email marketing and registration page, and pre-and post-event attendee lists.

Exhibitor registration ($600) includes:
- One 8' Table & Registration for one representative (includes meals and parking)
- Registration for additional representative is available for $250 per person.
All sponsors and exhibtors will be able to participate in designated timing for raffle drawings and prizes at the end of the networking reception. Before the afternoon sessions, a representative can call out the winner of a raffle drawing from the stage. Raffle tickets and name collections are to be managed from individual exhibit tables throughout the day.
Exhibitor Logistics:
Exhibitors can begin set-up at 7:00 AM. Check-in for attendees begins at 8:00 AM and the meeting closes at 4:30 PM.
Early delivery and shipping of materials must be handled directly with the hotel and is subject to venue availability.
