The next meeting of our pension affinity group is planned for Wednesday, May 15, 2024 from 10AM to 11:30AM, and is to be held virtual via zoom. The speaker will be Danita Johnson, Managing Director in the Maryland State Retirement and Pension System’s (MSRPS) Investment Division. The topic of the presentation is “Why Real Estate”. The presentation will provide an overview of real estate as an asset class and the benefits of allocating to real estate within a diversified institutional portfolio.
